We work with all of our partners to ensure we can deliver on their environmental aspirations as well as our own.
We have committed to reducing our direct (Scopes 1 and 2) greenhouse gas emissions by 40% before 2030, supporting our partners in their quest for better energy efficiency and supporting their adoption of an environmentally responsible approach. We also are committed to integrating our developments into their surroundings ensuring there is no net loss of biodiversity.

We recognise that we have around 10 years before we reach the climate “tipping point” beyond which climate change is both irreversible and catastrophic. To address the problem our behaviours need to change – as individuals, as organisations and as a society. As part of this we carefully consider the challenge to shape our approach on each and every scheme, looking to current and emerging best practice ensuring a resilient, sustainable approach and to ensure we are part of the solution.
